General Parts has announces a first in the industry program that allows Manufacturer Representatives to access critical service information through our secure website for all of the equipment lines they represent.

General Part’s technicians, Greg Ejma in Chicago and Jim Parsons in Kansas City were the first and second place winners of the annual “Technician of the Year” award sponsored by Dormont Manufacturing. The awards were presented during the CFESA Spring Conference held during NAFEM week.

Our newest branch office was opened January 12, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona. We are excited about the market and the potential it represents.
